New or used shipping container
A new shipping container is also called a “one-way container” because it has typically been used for a single shipment from the factory to Europe. It shows few signs of wear and is often chosen for long-term storage, conversion, or display. Color and minor signs of wear may vary.
A Premium container is used, but has been selected because it is in better condition than a standard Cargo Worthy container.
A “Cargo Worthy” container may have dents, scratches, repairs, and surface rust, but must remain functional and suitable for its intended purpose. If the container is to be used for ocean freight, the specific container’s CSC status and approval period must be verified.
20 feet, 40 feet, or High Cube
A 20-foot shipping container is approximately 6.06 meters long and meets many common storage needs. A 40-foot container is approximately 12.19 meters long and provides roughly twice as much floor space. High Cube models are approximately 30 cm taller than standard models.
