CHS Container A\/S
Rental conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Rental Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n

The leased property is the property of CHS-Container A\/S and cannot be acquired by the lessee. The leased property can therefore not be subject to attachment, garnishment, etc. The leased property cannot be transferred to a third party without written consent from the lessor. <\/p>\n

2. Rental period<\/strong><\/p>\n

As stated above. If the leased property is not returned to CHS Container A\/S no later than the agreed expiry date, the lease will continue unchanged until termination takes place as stated below. Termination of this lease must be made in writing to CHS Container A\/S no later than five working days before the leased property is returned, regardless of any expiry date stated in the contract. <\/p>\n

3. Rental Container Location<\/strong><\/p>\n

As agreed above. The container must not be placed on a public road or area without obtaining permission from the authorities. The permission must be obtained through CHS Container A\/S. If the rented item is moved from the stated location, it must be agreed in writing with CHS Container A\/S prior to the move. The rented goods may not be placed outside Denmark without prior written permission from CHS Container A\/S.
CHS Container A\/S (or a representative thereof) is entitled to inspect the container(s) covered by this contract at any time CHS Container A\/S so wishes. <\/p>\n

4. Rental Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lessee is responsible for damage to and\/or destruction of the rented property. CHS Container A\/S will charge the lessee for any repairs, cleaning (including graffiti removal) and\/or sweeping. CHS Container A\/S will charge the lessee for any missing\/broken key(s), padlock(s) and other equipment that is either lost or damaged. <\/p>\n

5. Rental Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lessee is obliged to keep the leased property insured against fire, theft and other damage for an amount corresponding to the value of the leased property as stated above, unless separate coverage and payment has been agreed under the lessor’s general policy.<\/p>\n

6. Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

All costs associated with this contract, as well as costs associated with the termination of the contract, inspection, commissioning, return or repossession of the objects covered by the contract shall be borne by the lessee, who shall reimburse CHS Container A\/S for any outlays in cash on demand.<\/p>\n

7. Breach of contract<\/strong><\/p>\n

All costs arising from breach of this contract shall be borne by the lessee. Any deposit paid will be forfeited if the rental terms are breached. If the lessee does not pay the agreed rent or costs in accordance with the agreement, CHS Container A\/S is entitled without notice to have the rented goods collected at the lessee’s expense and risk and to attach any overdue receivables in the contents of the container. <\/p>\n

8. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, CHS Container A\/S undertakes to deliver the rented equipment in a ready-to-use condition. It is the lessee’s duty upon delivery to check whether the equipment has been delivered in the agreed condition. Complaints or objections must be made within five days of the delivery date. <\/p>\n

Normal wear and tear is repaired by prior arrangement. The transportation rates above include 15 minutes for unloading and 15 minutes for loading. Waiting time beyond this is at the renter’s expense. Reservations are made for any price increases during the rental period. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries by crane truck include a lift of four meters from the edge of the truck. The container\/unit must be cleaned and, if necessary, high-pressure cleaned upon return. Delivery, return and other costs are due for payment upon delivery. <\/p>\n

9 Product liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lessee assumes all risk when using the rented equipment, including that the rented equipment is used by staff with the necessary training. The lessee is responsible for indemnifying CHS Container A\/S in respect of any claims that may be raised due to any dangerous properties that the rented equipment (and\/or its contents) may possess. CHS Container A\/S is not liable or responsible for damage or any other loss caused by or via the rented goods, nor due to deprivation in the event of operational disruptions, strikes and other force majeure. <\/p>\n

10. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

CHS Container A\/S invoices rent and other costs incurred in this connection monthly in advance. The lessee undertakes to pay such invoices NET CASH within 8 days of the invoice date, unless other payment deadlines are stated above or on the individual invoices. In the event of late payment, interest and fees will be calculated according to the rules of the Danish Interest on Arrears Act on the first month after 30 days. <\/p>\n

11. charges<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any taxes and\/or charges to public authorities\/institutions and\/or private parties in connection with the rented property are at the expense of the lessee.<\/p>\n

12. Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n

All disputes arising out of this contract shall be settled by the court in Randers as the agreed venue and Danish law shall apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
